Come join AAF Birmingham and United Ability for a breakfast and chat on disability inclusivity! Katie Dumais, United Ability’s Director of Employment Services, will be leading a Disability Awareness and Etiquette Training Seminar for Businesses on Wednesday, November 16th, 7:30 am at United Ability 100 Oslo Cir, Birmingham AL 35211. Everyone has a role in creating an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere in the workplace. Learn how you can lead the way in making your workplace more inclusive.

Katie leads a team of employment and transition specialists that educate, train, and guide high school students and adults with disabilities through the process of finding meaningful employment. Katie previously served as Program Manager for East Alabama Mental Health, Life Enrichment Coordinator for Waltonwood Senior Community, Recreation Specialist for AltaPointe Health Systems, and Activities Assistant for USA Children’s and Women’s Hospital.
